Early Learning Center Summer Fun Camp Program

Welcome to our Summer Fun Camp!

We are very excited to welcome you and your child to our Summer Fun Camp! Attached you will find our summer calendar of events. The activity fees cover all of our field trip costs. The only exception is an unscheduled event. In this case, you will be notified of any costs.

We will provide Rocky Mountain Sunscreen SPF 40+ for your child. Information regarding sunscreen will be attached to this letter. Please make sure you sign the permission form and return it regarding sunscreen application. Sunscreen is applied 2x per day.

Please make sure your child has the following items the first day they attend (labeled with first and last name):

• extra set of clothes, socks, and shoes
• hat
• swimsuit
• towel
• sack lunch (every day unless otherwise noted on the schedule)
• yellow emergency card
• pink emergency card
• current health physical
• current immunization record

Remember, we are not responsible for any items your child has brought from home. Please be sure to label all of your child’s items with first and last name.

We have camp t-shirts that the children will wear on field trips off grounds. The t-shirts are all one color. The t-shirts will be kept at the school. Please make sure your child does not take the t-shirt home. Thanks!

Tuition is due on a weekly basis by Tuesday morning. You are more than welcome to pay ahead. If you pay in advance for the entire summer, you can receive a 5% discount. Contact me with any questions regarding tuition.

Activities listed in italics on the calendar are field trips off campus. Bold lettering indicates a visitor to the school.

Activities are subject to change. If any field trips or activities are added or changed you will receive notice of the changes.

After reviewing your child’s file, we need the following:

• Updated pink emergency card
• Updated yellow emergency card
• Current health physical
• Current immunization record
• Registration form
• Other

Please return on or before the first day your child attends for camp. If your child does not have the above information in their file, they will not be able to start until we receive it.
