| Baptism Preparation Classes for parents and godparents will be offered the first Monday of each month at 7 pm. Contact the Parish Center for more info.
Preparation classes for baptisms in Spanish are the 3rd Saturday of each month at 3pm. Baptisms in Spanish are celebrated after the Spanish Mass on the 1st Sunday of each month. Contact the Parish Center for more info.

| Come and join Parents In Prayer to pray the Rosary
and Chaplet of Divine Mercy for our school and
parish. We meet every Tuesday right after drop off
in the Middle School. Please sign in at the office to
obtain a badge. Don’t worry if you do not know how
to say the prayers. Rosaries and booklets are
available for all. The Rosary and Divine Mercy
Chaplet is, also, said in front of the Blessed
Sacrament on Thursday’s, in the Church, at 2:15PM.

| Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults |

RCIA is the introduction to, exploration of and — should you choose — reception into full communion with the Catholic Church. RCIA is a dynamic conversation with clergy, lay leaders and other inquirers about Catholic faith and teaching.
RCIA begins September 21 and meets each Wednesday evening at 7 pm through May.

| This association is open to all healthcare providers, clergy, and students in the medical field. Our meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at the John Paul II Center. We begin with Mass at the Christ the King Chapel at 6:30PM. The conference begins at approximately 7:15PM. Refreshments are provided. |

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is very important to our parish, an essential practice for those wanting to draw closer to the Lord.
Adoration will be in the Parish Center Chapel every Thursday after the 7 am Mass until 10 pm. There will be prayerful singing in Spanish from 3 to 4 pm and again from 5 until 10 pm.

| Susan Dooley, MA, LPC, with Catholic Charities will be available for counseling services at Sacred Heart of Jesus on Thursdays from 3-6:30PM. Susan specializes in children, individuals and family issues. Susan has worked as a counselor for Catholic Charities for over two and half years. Catholic Charities is a provider for some insurances, Medicaid, and has a sliding scale fee. For more information or to contact Susan, please call the parish center for more information. |
