The scouting program strives to promote
character development, community service, physical fitness, personal
achievement, and leadership skills. By providing positive adult role
models in a parent-supported atmosphere it provides an unequaled development
of young men into adults that can have a positive impact on our society.
The ages of young men in the program are
5 to 10 in cub scouting, 10 to 18 in boy scouting and 13 to 21 in
exploring. Adults aged 18 and up are welcome as adult role models
in any of the scouting programs.
