Lord Jesus Christ,
I offer You the gift of myself.
I confess to You that I am a sinner,
in need of Your healing and forgiving love.
I believe that the Father,
because of His great love for me,
send You, Jesus, to become one of us
and to die on the cross for me,
for the forgiveness of my sins.
I renounce my selfishness
and all attachment to sin.
And I ask You, Jesus,
to come into my life
and take possession of my heart
as the Lord and Master of all I think and say and do.
Help me now to follow in your footsteps,
even to the foot of the cross;
and fill me with Your Holy Spirit
so I may serve You all the days of my life.
