Using the beads of the Rosary, say one
Our Father
Hail Mary
Apostle's Creed
Then, on the Our Father beads, say
Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and the sins of the whole world.
Then, on the Hail Mary beads, say
For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world
After repeating the above 5 times, once for each decade, pray the following three times
Holy God
Holy Mighty One
Holy Immortal One
Have mercy on us and on the whole World
End the prayer with the following
Jesus, I place my trust in You
Amen.
